After purchase, you’ll get a payment confirmation and an email from your assigned designer. In 2–4 business days, they’ll send your design draft for approval. You must reply with “APPROVED” to move forward.
Production & Shipping:
Once approved, production takes 1–3 business days. Then we perform quality checks and ship.

Shipping & Returns
All orders are custom-made, so once placed, they can’t be edited or canceled. Please double-check your order before checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately at returns@cottonfactory.shop.

Our artists begin work right after your purchase. If you cancel, we can offer a partial refund, minus $35 for the design work already done.

If your item arrives damaged and it’s not your fault, we’ve got you covered.

What if I don’t like the Designs?
We offer unlimited revisions and a 100% satisfaction guarantee before your item goes into production. Our artists will work closely with your feedback until you’re completely happy with the result. Nothing gets made or shipped until you give full approval.
If you decide to use a new photo, a small fee of $15 per image applies, as it requires creating a brand-new drawing from scratch. We’re here to make sure your memory is captured perfectly.
Do you also create pet designs?
Absolutely! Pets are family, and we love turning your furry (or feathery!) friends into timeless one-line art. Just upload a clear photo of your pet during the customization process, and our artists will create a unique, minimalist portrait that captures their essence. Whether it’s for a wall art piece or a meaningful gift, our custom pet designs are made with love, precision, and attention to detail.
I have an old photograph or physical print, can I use it?
We have worked with old photographs and have created some stunning images in the past for our customers.
For the best results, we recommend scanning your photo if possible, or if not, taking a photo of the print with a camera or phone.
In these cases, we advise all our customers to contact us, and we'd be happy to advise.
Do you offer refunds?
Since each piece is custom-made, we don’t offer full refunds once work has started. However, if you cancel early, we can provide a partial refund, minus $15 for the design work.
Once a product is produced or a digital file has been delivered, refunds aren’t possible.
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it for free—and even invite you to donate the damaged one to a charity of your choice as a feel-good gesture. Just send us a photo of the donation receipt.
